Seasonal Vacation Rental in Bonita Springs, FL - $6,250/Monthly 90 night minimum January thru March and a 60 day minimum the other months of the year.

Spacious and contemporary describes this nicely appointed three bedroom two bath villa in the very desirable community of Lighthouse Bay within the Brooks subdivision. The Villa features large flat screen TVs in two bedrooms and the living area, granite countertops, a built in home stereo system that plays in every room as well as screened pool area, plush bedding and comfortable contemporary furnishings. There is a pull out sofa bed in the living room and queen sized blow up matress for additional guests. A private pool, spa and lake view combined with the handy outdoor kitchen make this a perfect Florida escape. Within the Lighthouse Bay community you can lounge on the manmade beach, hang out by the pool, visit the Lighthouse, hit the gym or play a game of tennis all while never leaving the community. The owner has a Gold Membership to the Commons Club that can be transferred to the guest for a fee. This will provide additional gym access including workout classes, a pass to the members only restaurant, The Rookery as well as access to the private beach are offered only to residents at the Brooks. Just down the road you can get you fill of shopping and dining at Coconut Pointe, Miramar Outlets or the Promenade in Bonita. All offer spectacular dining options from the very casual to downright elegant and you will be pleased with the wide selection of shops and boutiques. Take advantage of the private beach passes or explore other options right down the road. Barefoot Beach in Bonita is just a short 15 minute drive or you can head to Lover's Key State Park where you can beach, walk the trails, rent a kayak or just relax under one of the many covered pavilions Further south you can also explore Naples and Marco Island beaches, shopping and dining. With so many options you may decide that three months just isn't enough time to take it all in - which is fine! Stay for longer than three months and call us about our multiple month discount. Don't want to leave? This fantastic property is even available to rent on an annual basis for $3500.00 per month!! Can you see yourself relaxing in a beach chair with a chilled drink while the waves roll and the palm trees sway? "We have thoroughly enjoyed our rental at Cape Monaco Road in Lighthouse Bay for our second year. We appreciate the help and support from you and Royal Shell to obtain the rental and then responding quickly to anything we needed. The house has high quality furnishings and artwork with well thought-out design. Everything in the house is very comfortable, especially the bed in the master bedroom, which lifts under the head and the knees for great back support. Both bathrooms are spacious and safe and easy to maneuver in. The kitchen is fully equipped with all high-end equipment and with every small appliance conceivable. It is a great house for entertaining. But what we love the most is the privacy at the end of the street. After renting 4 homes in other communities, one will never find a home with more privacy."
Additional fees to HOA $200 for applications, plus optional Gold membership to  Commons Club and beach club. Tenant pays electric cost over $150 per month to owner.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
