What is a Long-Term Rental?

A long-term rental is also called a yearly or annual rental. This means you can stay in the property for a minimum of six months and a day. Homes are scattered throughout Southwest Florida and most of them are pet-friendly and come unfurnished. If you’d like to rent a home for a shorter period of time, our seasonal rentals are available for up to six months.

Royal Shell will also work with outside realtors to find you the type of home you’re looking for. If we don’t have a certain property, we’ll reach out to other agents to try and find what you’re looking for. Our No. 1 goal is to make sure you’re satisfied with your long-term rental home.

We have fully staffed offices in each location and we’re always available whether you want to say hi or pay your rent in person. We also show homes from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. if you need to work around your work or school schedule.

Additionally, if you decide to spend some time in your long-term rental property, we can accommodate you whenever you want to visit. We do not limit owner usage time.
