Off the living area is a den with a day bed that can be used for extra sleeping. The master bedroom has a king bed, private deck and en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a king bed, TV, private deck, and uses the hall bathroom with walk in shower. The unit has a full kitchen and dining room with seating for 8 and access to the front deck. Walk to Fairfield Lake for a swim, boating or a stroll around the lake. The unit comes with 2 parking spaces and some additional parking near the lake parking areas.
This home comes with the option to purchase Sapphire Valley Resort amenities. These amenities are not at the home. They are in a separate drive-able location. You may join for $2/day (must have a 3 day minimum).
