Racquet Club Villa looks up the lake to Hogback mountain. The back deck has high-top chairs and a gas grill. The King master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and covered porch. The Queen guest bedroom is on the entrance level.  All living area feature wood floors  and an updated kitchen, great room with gas log fireplace, dining area and cozy sitting room with a fabulous view. There's an open porch for grilling or just sitting and enjoying the view. Walk out the front door to the expanse of the Burlingame Country Club croquet courts.  Location provides easy access from the main entrance but just far enough to insure privacy.


Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $40, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $3,000 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
