EQB Whiteside is a spectacular home with breathtaking views, up the road from the town of Highlands. With proximity and views like these, this home is five-stars. Entering the home from the covered driveway, your eyes are immediately drawn to the floor to ceiling windows overlooking Whiteside Mountain. This home is spacious from the living room to the dining room with a wood burning fireplace, 4-top table, 6-top table and wet bar. The kitchen comes with a large center island and stainless steel appliances. Wherever you are in this home, you are always in view of Whiteside Mountain. Glass doors from the dining room bring you to the covered seating on the outdoor deck with a wood burning fireplace and couch seating. A laundry room is conveniently located by the kitchen. Down the hall on the main floor is the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and its own private en-suite master bath. Bathroom is equipped with dual sinks, shower, walk-in closet and soaking tub overlooking the mountain view. Proceed down the stairs to the lower level, entering spacious living with a kitchenette, wood burning fireplace and access to the lower deck. The lower deck is an addition for extra outdoor living. The second queen-sized bedroom is downstairs with a glass door to the lower deck as well. The third bedroom has two twin beds. A hallway bathroom serves to the both lower bedrooms. A single car garage is access from the lower level living space, great for extra storage. This home is a mountain oasis that is a short drive or a nice hike to Highlands. You will not think twice when booking this house!

Bathroom towels are also provided. These linens are professionally laundered. For guests' safety, the top-layer bedding (quilts, comforters, etc.) has been removed. Please bring additional blankets with you. Thank you for understanding and helping so that all of us can remain safe during these unprecedented times.

Renters have the option of purchasing an Old Edwards Club Temporary Access Membership. This membership allows access to all Old Edwards Club facilities including the course and practice facilities, Grill Room, heated mineral pool, clay tennis courts, men's and ladies locker room, and member events and activities during their stay. Ask for an application to purchase when you book if you decide you would like to use the amenities. Time frame to have the membership consists of 1, 2, 3 weeks, and 1, 2, 3 months - pricing is based on the length of stay. Weeks are 7 consecutive days and months are 30 consecutive days. Per adult couple residing in a rental and are generational, 2 up and 2 down meaning parents, grandparents, children and grandchildren of tenants has access as well. Day guests are allowed to be charged at applicable day guest rates, however, any couple also residing in the residence will be responsible for purchasing their own Temporary Access. This membership allows access to Old Edwards Club only, it does not include access to GlenCove or any in town amenities related to Old Edwards Inn and Spa. Pay $67.50 for 9-holes or $135 for 18-holes including the cart and practice facilities, with reserving tee times up to 14 days in advance. Cannot play in the member only tee time block, men's games, lady's games or majors. You will have access to most Food & Beverage functions, but will not have access to some member only functions, as determined by the club.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
