This 3 level Trillium home provides 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and plenty of living and deck space, giving everyone a place to enjoy. On the front deck a wood burning fireplace rests in the corner. Just off the foyer is a large laundry room with front loading washer and dryer. The primary bedroom provides a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a gas stove and Kuerig coffee maker. Comfortable leather seating surrounds the gas fireplace in the living room. The back deck offers an outdoor dining space and two comfortable gliders. Upstairs there are two king bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms - one with a walk in shower, the other a walk in shower and a jetted tub. On the lower level of the home is an additional space for entertainment including TV, games, and a foosball table. The downstairs bedroom doubles as an office space, with a desk, and a sleeping space with a twin bed and trundle bed. The lower deck also has an outdoor table and chairs. 

A full Trillium membership will allow you access to amenities including golf, a well-equipped fitness facility, outdoor swimming pool, tennis and more. Reservations for club amenities may not be made more than a week prior to the date you wish to reserve. The membership fee is included in the total amount given, but can be removed at your request if you wish not to participate in such amenities.

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $40, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $3,000 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
