This three level home overlooking the 14th Fairway on Trillium Links provides space for everyone with 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms + a bonus room. On the upper level, the main living area includes a stone fireplace and TV, the dining area with 2 sets of doors to the upper deck, and kitchen with updated appliances. The upper deck provides an outdoor dining table, a fireplace, and seating to enjoy the view. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom with dual sinks, a walk in shower and a jetted tub. There is a half bathroom as well on this level. Downstairs, on the middle level, a second living area has a fireplace, TV, kitchenette and lower deck access from sliding glass doors. This level has three guest bedrooms, one kings and two queens, with bathrooms. On the lower level of the home is a third living area and sleeping area with two sets of bunk beds (4 twins) and a large bathroom. A Trillium membership will allow you access to amenities including golf, a well-equipped fitness facility, outdoor swimming pool, tennis and more. Reservations for club amenities may not be made more than a week prior to the date you wish to reserve.
