Classic Cashiers Cabin is 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage just off the beaten path. Plenty of shopping and dining options are only half a mile away. The home sits on a private and beautiful 2.5 acre lot. The living room offers a gas fireplace to be enjoyed with a book or family, and a 4 top table perfect for board games. The dining room looks out at the mountain laurel covered bank form a table that seats 8. The kitchen presents marble counter tops and updated appliances and an abundance of space to prepare meals. A hallway from the living room leads to the bedrooms and a bonus room. The bonus room allows an additional space to watch TV and a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king bed and en stuite bathroom. One of the guest bedrooms has a queen bed, the second has two full beds. Both guest bedrooms share a bathroom at the end of the hall. Spend time in the updated outdoor space playing corn hole in the large, flat front yard or roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. A covered porch wraps from the front entrance around the side of the house lined with rocking chairs and seating. Grill out on the porch with easy access to the kitchen. 


Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $40, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $3,000 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
