Sanibel Vacation Rental Condo, Gulf View, Sundial T405, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom.

Sundial T405 offers amazing Gulf of Mexico, pool and fountain views.  Everything in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo will be freshly remodeled and improved, except for the view!

Located on Middle Gulf Drive, Sundial T405 is a privately owned three-bedroom/two-bathroom condo. Positioned on the top floor, there will be no one above you, and is accessible by stairs or elevator.

Designed by Francesca Owings Designs, a floor-to-ceiling remodel, with your comfort in mind, is in progress in summer 2021.  The remodel will feature a new kitchen with quartz countertops and all new appliances.  Both baths completely remodeled with new cabinets, lighting, tile, and bath fixtures. All three bedrooms will feature new beds, mattresses, bedding, nightstands, and fresh carpeting.  A brand-new dining table, couch, chairs, and tables round out the condo in style and comfort.

The unit offers a full kitchen, washer/dryer, free Wi-Fi and four TVs.  It has one king bed, one queen bed and two twin extra-long beds that sleep kids or adults. This 1500 square foot condo can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.  Basic beach chairs and toys will be available in the storage closet located in the garage next to your covered parking spot.

 Please note: This is a privately owned condo which is rented through Royal Shell Vacations and guests will have limited availability to the resorts amenities. Guests of Royal Shell Vacations will have access to: * Beach * Community pool by your building * BBQ Grills * Tennis and Pickleball available a la carte including court time, lessons, round robins and clinics * Free parking * free wi-fi in your rental property * Resort restaurants including Shima Japanese Steak House, Shima Grab N Go Sushi, Sea Breeze Cafe, Turtles Pool and Beach Bar and Slice of Paradice Pizza * Kay Casperson Lifestyle Spa and Boutique on the 2nd floor of the main lobby (www.kaycasperson.com) * Sanibel Sea School Enrollment (www.sanibelseaschool.org) * Bailey's Marketplace (www.baileys-sanibel.com) This information is deemed accurate as of 12/10/15 and subject to change without notice. Frequently Asked Questions

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
Pick up your keys at the designated Royal Shell office indicated in your emailed confirmation letter.
