Vacation Rental Description

 

Enjoy the ocean breeze and a great view of the Gulf of Mexico from this condo. The view can be enjoyed from both the living room and master bedroom which have sliding door access to the screened lanai. Unit 116 is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom located on the first living level of this complex. Amenities include tile floors throughout, free wi-fi, 3 TVs, DVD, fully-equipped kitchen, covered parking and a washer/dryer. There is a tub/shower combination in the master en-suite and a walk-in shower in the guest bathroom.

Beds: K/TT/SS. Sleeps 6. No smoking permitted. 7 night minimum stay.

The Sanibel Surfside complex does not permit smoking in the individual unit or its lanai. Also there is no smoking near cabanas.  Per association, no smoking (including e-cigs/vaping) anywhere inside or outside the entire Sanibel Surfside complex. Sanibel Surfside is now a 100% smoke-free property.

Sanibel Surfside is a 36 unit complex located off Middle Gulf Drive. You will enjoy relaxing in a tropical atmosphere with elevator access, pool, tennis, gas BBQ grills, and shuffleboard. You are also close to dining and shopping on Periwinkle Way.

Frequently Asked Questions

Something came up and I'd like to change the choice of home I rented for vacation; am I allowed?

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.

Do you offer handicap accessible vacations rentals?

No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.

Is smoking permitted?

No.

Do you have pet friendly properties?

Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.

Do all of the properties provide beach equipment?

While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.

Are linens provided with Royal Shell properties?

Yes.

Are the kitchens fully stocked with pots and pans ?

Yes.

What is provided in the Welcome Starter Kit?

• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer

Is parking free?

Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.

What are the check-in/check-out times?

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

Are early check-in and late check-out requests available?

Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.

Where do we pick up keys?

Pick up your keys at the designated Royal Shell office indicated in your emailed confirmation letter.
