Enjoy beautiful views of Sanibel beaches and the Gulf of Mexico in this 3 bedroom/2 bathroom gulf front vacation rental condo, Sanddollar A203.  After a long day at the beach, you can dine and watch Sanibel's birds (and maybe a dolphin) from your screened lanai.  The remodeled kitchen has stainless appliances, granite countertops and everything you'll need while vacationing. Between the counter seating and the dining area, there is plenty of room for family and friends. A203 is a 2nd floor unit with hard surface floors in the living areas and carpeting in the bedrooms. The lanai can be accessed from both the living room and the master bedroom.
The master bedroom is a great place to seek quiet time to read a book.  There is also an en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.  Both guest bedrooms share a bath with a walk-in shower. 
Amenities include 4 flat screen TVs, plantation shutters, washer/dryer, and free wi-fi.

The washer and dryer are a commercial Maytag pair (side by side).  Easy for renters to use.  Water level and agitation cycle are selected automatically based on weight and level of load.  Top load washer with huge capacity.  It laughs at sandy beach towels! Front load dryer as you'd expect, also full size.  Both make quick work of family sized loads.   

 


Bedding: K/Q/TT. 7-night minimum stay.  Sleeps 6. No smoking. 
The Sanddollar complex is located mid-island on Sanibel and offers a heated swimming pool, three tennis courts, a pickleball court, elevators, gas barbecue grills, lush landscaping and is centrally located to shopping, restaurants, 26 miles of paved bike paths, nature preserves, fishing, and golf.
