Enjoy the best of Sanibel Island at Loggerhead Cay 463. This beautiful, newly renovated third floor condo comes complete with all new furniture, carpeting, and appliances. Relax on all new pillow top mattresses (1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin) and a memory foam sleeper sofa. The kitchen comes fully stocked and includes a Keurig machine. The new owner has painted the unit, installed new carpet and new kitchen and entry flooring, and all new furniture throughout!  Unit 463 also offers 3 TV's, washer/dryer, free wi-fi and can accommodate up to 6 people.  7 night minimum stay.  Enjoy views of the pool and beautifully maintained courtyard.


Spend your days lounging on the white sand beaches, world famous for shelling. Enjoy your time swimming in one of the largest heated pools on the island. Other activities on property include tennis, grills, elevators and shuffleboard. The convenient east end location of Loggerhead Cay makes all of the Sanibel icons and restaurants just a short bike ride away.  Two bikes are provided for guests to use with this rental. A Liability Waiver must be filled out prior to use. (safety equipment not included)

Loggerhead Cay is a smoke free condominium complex- smoking is not allowed on the complex. No smoking on the lanai or in the unit.  No RV, trailer or motorcycle parking on property.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
Pick up your keys at the designated Royal Shell office indicated in your emailed confirmation letter.
