Bring your family to beautiful La Casita del Mar, a comfortable, updated private home with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a private, heated pool.  Located in the desirable West Rocks subdivision, the famous Sanibel Island beach is only a 10 minute walk away, via Beach Access #3.  La Casita del Mar's new owners are excited to offer this beautiful home in Royal Shell's rental program.  Imagine returning to this lovely home every year for your Sanibel Island vacation! 

 

The beautiful, updated kitchen has granite countertops, stainless Viking appliances (induction stove) and counter seating.  The family room is next to the kitchen, with built-in shelving and French doors that lead out to the pool deck and fenced in yard.  

Relax in the screened lanai while enjoying the abundant backyard foliage or watching activity at the pool. 

The large master bedroom features a king bed and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. 
There is a queen bed in the first guest bedroom, and two twins in the second guest bedroom, and both feature a beautiful built-in desk area, and TV's.  There are new mattresses in all bedrooms! 



All new Smart Roku TVs: 

55” TV in great room
32” TVs in the 3 bedrooms
1 DVD player

 

Tile throughout, and it is pet friendly with non-refundable pet rent of $600 for approved breed. 
The backyard has a low fence. 
This house has a monthly minimum stay and sleeps 6. 

Located in the desirable West Rocks subdivision, it is less than a ten minute walk via Beach Access #3 to the quiet, West end Sanibel Island Beach.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
Pick up your keys at the designated Royal Shell office indicated in your emailed confirmation letter.
