This vacation condo is ground level and gulf front. Walk out your screened lanai and be feet to the beach. You can enjoy relaxing island-style in this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit decorated in bright colors and featuring a remodeled kitchen and remodeled bathrooms. Amenities include plantation shutters, tile floors throughout, stainless appliances, master en-suite with 2 sinks and a walk-in shower, guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination, washer/dryer, free wi-fi, 3 flat screen TVs and DVD.
Beds: K/TT/SS. Sleeps 6 . 7 night minimum stay. No smoking permitted.
Coquina Beach is located off of Middle Gulf Drive and Nerita Street. It is a short drive to dining and shopping as well as the bike path which extends through large portions of Sanibel. It is a complex is located on the Gulf of Mexico and features a pool, tennis courts and gas BBQ Grills.
Storage lockers and beach equipment are not always provided nor required by the owner. If beach equipment is left at the property by previous guests there are no guarantee as to quality or quantity of items at any given time, due to salt water, wear and tear
Parking is limited at Coquina Beach Club. Guests are limited to only one parking space per condo.
