It is located just steps from the beach.

The fully appointed galley kitchen is large, bright and open. It is adjacent to the dining area and living room, which allows you to create your meals while enjoying the company of friends and family. The dining table seats 6 people, or you can relax at the kitchen bar, which seats 3 more. Kitchen amenities include a Cuisinart single-serve coffee maker. The living room offers a large TV and a Bose wireless music system. Owner has a Netflix account available for guest use.

The living room flows out onto the screened-in lanai, where guests can relax and enjoy the sitting area, ocean view and gulf breezes.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, TV en suite, with sliding doors that also open out onto the lanai. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds. All bedding and mattresses are new and of high quality.

This unit has a numbered, uncovered parking space. Additional vehicles may be parked in guest spaces.

Compass Point is a centrally located, mid-size complex which offers a community pool, BBQ grills, tennis courts, and elevators.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at 1-866-544-3223 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.

While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.

Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
