It's Rum and Reel Time!  Located on Pine Island in St. James City, this is Island home is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom private pool heated home with private boat dock, lift and a community boat launch, bring your own boat or use the kayaks provided for you. This home offers an open concept living and kitchen space, 55” large flat-screen TV, dining for 6 and kitchen bar seating.  From the living and kitchen area, you have access to the screened-in lanai and private pool, the lanai offers outdoor dining, grilling and lounging alongside the large heated swimming pool and hot tub which can be enjoyed all year round.

The Master bedroom offers a king-size bed, en-suite master bathroom with a sink, walk-in shower and water closet, large smart TV, private access to the lanai. Guest Bedroom # 1 offers a queen bed, closet, dresser and Smart TV, and the Guest Bedroom #2 offers 2 twin beds, closet and Smart TV.   (Sleeps 6: King/Queen/Twin Twin)

Home Amenities: Heated swimming pool, washer and dryer, driveway and garage parking, RV parking or boat trailer across the street, community boat launch, private dock and boat lift, 2 Kayaks, life vests, beach chairs, umbrella and cooler, hairdryer, BBQ Grill, 3 Smart TV’s, free Wi-Fi and cable.

It's Rum and Reel Time! is located in the well-known fishing and boating Village of St. James City on Pine Island. This area has lots to choose from with its many eclectic shops, art galleries and delicious fresh seafood restaurants bars you will not be disappointed.  If you enjoy boating there are many Marinas to choose from on Pine Island/St. James City to rent a boat for the day or the week, you can also schedule a private or group fishing charter to take you to the many amazing local fishing spots to catch your dinner or you can make your way across the Pine Island Sound to Captiva Island to enjoy watching the dolphins or enjoy a day at the many beautiful beaches and State Parks such as Bowman’s Beach on Sanibel Island or North Captiva and Boca Grande, relaxing in the sun, swimming in the waves, and fishing off the rock jetty, or take the ferry to Cayo Costa State Park for a day trip or camping overnight.
