Beau Rivage Condominium is a 22 story building located right outside of Historic Downtown Fort Myers. Enjoy the panoramic views of the Caloosahatchee River, Edison Bridge and the fabulous sunsets right from your West facing lanai, you can't be beat the views or the location, it is just a short walk (or trolley ride) to the historic downtown Fort Myers River / Entertainment District, shopping, dining, festivals and the arts.


Unit 901 is located on the 9th floor and has 3 bedroom/3 bathroom plus den and is 2424 sq. ft. Beau Rivage 901 is a beautiful and roomy condominium and as of July 2019 has new carpet throughout, new stainless steel appliances, new paint and furniture in the kitchen, dining and living room.  Other features included are a Smart TV in the living room with Bluetooth sound bar, 3 additional Smart TV's  in each of the bedrooms. The Master Bedroom with king bed has access to the West facing screened in lanai and has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and garden tub, the 1st Guest Bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination and has access to an unscreened lanai that faces south, the 2nd Guest Bedroom has a queen bed and also has access to the south facing lanai and also has Westerly views, the 3rd guest bathroom has a walk in shower and the den offers a sofa sleeper.

Unit 901 Amenities include: 4 Smart TV’s, Bluetooth speaker/sound bar, free Wi-Fi, cable & washer/dryer. Beds: K/Q/Q/SS. Sleeps 6 to 8.

Beau Rivage Condominium Amenities include an upscale Grand Lobby with piano, Billiard Room, Home Theater, Computer/Card Room, Heated Pool & Spa, Tennis Courts and a Secure Parking Garage.

NOTE: The Beau Rivage Condo Association requires A Tenant Evaluation Application to be submitted online, this is a background check and credit check process,  once you have booked with Royal Shell we will email you the Tenant Evaluation Application and Instructions. You will need to complete the Tenant Evaluation and it must be completed at least 15 days prior to your arrival date for rental approval from the Beau Rivage Condo Assoc.  All results will go directly to the Beau Rivage Condo Association however no personal information will be released to them such as SS# and or SSI#   the cost to complete the Tenant Evaluation is $100 per single person or $100 per married couple and is paid directly to the Tenant Evaluation.

Beau Rivage is monthly min rental. Online reservations accepted only from the first of the month to the last day of the month during peak season months: Dec - April.  Off season rentals May - Nov you can rent any day of the week as long as it is a 30 night min stay.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
Pick up your keys at the designated Royal Shell office indicated in your emailed confirmation letter.
