This six bedroom/six bathroom, private home can accommodate up to 14 people and is located on Andy Rosse Lane. The main house offers an upper level master suite with private access to a sun deck, king bed and ensuite bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower. The main living level offers a bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath with a tub/shower combination. A second bedroom has two twin beds with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The lower level offers a bedroom with a king bed and a living area with queen sleeper sofa as well as a kitchenette and bathroom with walk-in shower.
Across the courtyard (accessible by a covered walkway) are two in-law suites. One offers a queen bed and full bathroom with tub/shower combination as well as a kitchenette. The new master suite is handicap accessible with a king bed, kitchenette and roll-in shower.
The courtyard's private pool and hot tub are connected to a covered bar area with seating for 8. Captiva Dreaming's homes exterior is equipped with Natural Mosquito Repellent Systems call MosquitoNix so you can enjoy the Captivating pool area.
This home offers upscale furnishings, updated and spacious kitchen with most of the appliances newly replaced.
