Tranquil Landing is a lovely 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms plus den solar heated pool home located in SW Cape Coral.
Tranquil Landing is your home away from home. This home has a spacious open concept floor plan and has newer furnishings throughout, perfect for large families, entertaining or traveling with another couple.
The master bedroom has a king bed with USB ports in the nightstands for easy charging of your electronic devises, flat-screen smart TV, walk in closet and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks and soaking tub. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed, night stands with USB ports and also has a flat-screen smart TV. The 3rd guest bedroom has two twin beds, USB ports in the headboards, there is not a TV for this bedroom, and there are 2 other full bathrooms in the home. The den has a desk and pull out sofa /futon. This home also offers a separate laundry room with washer and dryer and the garage is a 2 car garage for renters to use.
Tranquil Landing Sleeps 6 (K, K, TT, S/F)
The screened-in lanai has ample seating for 6 outside dining, a propane gas grill, pool lounge chairs and a nice large solar heated pool for the whole family to enjoy with a privacy fence surrounding the back yard – the lanai is south facing, so you will have sun all day long!
Tranquil Landing home also offers a reverse osmosis water treatment and filtration system for the entire home, no need to buy plastic bottled water!

This property rents monthly during peak season months Jan, Feb & March from the 1st of the month till the last day of the month
Shoulder Season rates: April & December rents weekly however if you rent for the month there is a discount. The monthly rate is $4,000.00 NOT including taxes and fees.
Off-Season rates: May – November rents weekly however if you rent for the month there is a discount. The monthly rate is $3,000.00 NOT including taxes and fees.
