Vacation Rental Condo in Bonita Beach

The Homeowners Association currently has exterior painting and balcony construction projects being done on Building two, and Building three. There will be no lanai access, and there will be loud noise during this time. The completion date is subject to change depending on weather, and other conditions there will be no refunds or discounts due to this inconvenience caused by the work.



Studio condo with two double beds. Maximum occupancy 4 guests.  Located in Building #1 on the 4th floor. Coin Operated W/D onsite on ground floors in Bldg. 1, 3 & 5. Courtesy internet is available in the lobby of building #3. Gas operated BBQ Grills are located to the right and left of the tennis courts. For information on Tennis call Phillip @ (239) 992-2345. Per HOA--NO PETS / NO BOATS / NO TRAILERS / NO MOTOR HOMES ALLOWED
