Fort Myers Florida Vacation Rental Condominium in Timberline I Village in Cross Creek, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Golf & Club Membership is available.

Timberline I Village 205 in Cross Creek is a Golfing and Tennis Community conveniently located in South Fort Myers minutes away from shopping, dining, entertainment and sporting events.

Cross Creek 205,  is located in the Timberline I Community and has its own heated community pool. This unit is located on the second level, no elevator and is 911 sq. ft., and offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a screened-in lanai with peaceful views of the golf course and lake. The master bedroom has a king bed and TV and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and the guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.  For baseball fans, you are a 5 min drive to Century Link Stadium home to The Spring Training Minnesota Twins and the Fort Myers Miracle and a 10 min drive to Jet Blue/Fenway Park Stadium home to The Spring Training Boston Red Socks.

Unit amenities include: 2 TVs, Free Wi-Fi, cable and washer/dryer, 1 blow dryer, dishwasher Beds: 1 king bed and 2 twin beds. Sleeps 4

Timberline Village I Amenities: heated community pool and car washing station.


Cross Creek Golf and Tennis Community Amenities include: (Optional) access to the 18-hole golf course, the putting green, pro shop and numerous tennis courts.  There is also a community clubhouse with dining options for residents to choose from, as well as a fitness room, lawn bowling, a number of ponds and lakes and several miles of biking and walking trails.  The community also offers plenty of clubs and activities for residents to take part in, as well as events like dances in the ballroom.

The membership transfer fee is NOT included in your reservation total, you must call Cross Creek CC for membership transfer rates. Cross Creek 239-768-1166.

Your lease application with Timberline Village I must be approved by the HOA before you can transfer membership and schedule Tee Times and Court Times.

NOTE: The Timberline I Condo Association requires that a Lease Application be submitted 60 days prior to arrival for rental approval, DL and Background check are required by the HOA. Lease app fee of $100 for 1 married couples included in your reservation total. Extra Lease App Fee may be added to the reservation for a single person over the age of 18 residing in the rental for the term of the lease. 

This property is a 3-month min. and rents from the 1st of the month till the last day of the month during peak season Dec – April and will rent any day of the month during off season months May - November. Call for specials request.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.

Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
Pick up your keys at the designated Royal Shell office indicated in your emailed confirmation letter.
