Welcome to Birch Court, this condominium is located in the heart of Downtown Cape Coral on a direct access Malaga Canal
and is within walking distance (0.1 mile) to club square/downtown with its many locally owned restaurants, bars, breweries, Farmer's Market (takes place weekly) Festivals and Art Fairs and public transportation.

This adorable condominium has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is approximately 1, 181sq feet located on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator. Living Area has a large flat-screen Smart TV with cable and nice size lanai overlooking the pool and Malaga Canal, bring your fishing pole or rent a boat during your stay!

The Master bedroom has a king bed,  TV with cable and an ensuite bathroom, with a walk-in shower, and just down the hall, there is another bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a bedroom with a queen bed &  closet

There is Assigned parking with extra spots for guests.

Community Amenities include: Community pool unheated, free parking, dock.

Unit Amenities include: Free Wi-Fi, Cable/Satellite TV, 3 TV’s, pool towels, board games, cooler and chairs for the beach

There is no lease application or approval process, unit rents monthly from the 1st of the month till the last day of the month during Peak Season Months Jan, Feb & March and rents weekly April – December.

This unit is NOT Pet-Friendly

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
Pick up your keys at the designated Royal Shell office indicated in your emailed confirmation letter.
