Rental Description

The Holly House is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with parking for 2 to 3 vehicles. A covered deck entry is level and easy to access. The open floor plan on the main level allows for easy entertaining between to living room, dining room, and kitchen. In the living room is a gas fireplace and beautiful view of Hogback Lake. The kitchen has all the necessities, Including a butcher block, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, blender and ice maker. On the main level is the master bedroom with a king bed, Roku TV and private full bathroom. The other main floor bedroom has a queen bed, Roku TV and uses a bathroom just down the hall. There are two more bedrooms on the lower level of the home. The first bedroom has a full size bed along with a twin bed, the second has a 2 twin beds as well as a trundle bed and a washer and dryer. Both downstairs bedrooms have a Roku TV, share a hall bathroom and have sliding glass doors that access the lowers deck. There are stairs from the drive way down to a private dock on Hogback Lake, which only allows paddle boats and electric motor boats. Note this house has hotspot internet, that may be slower. All the televisions are Roku TV's. There is road noise when outside the house.

Bathroom towels are also provided. These linens are professionally laundered. For guests' safety, the top-layer bedding (quilts, comforters, etc.) has been removed. Please bring additional blankets with you. Thank you for understanding and helping so that all of us can remain safe during these unprecedented times.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
