Rental Description
Austins Cove is a quaint home in Chinquapin, close to hiking trails, waterfalls and Panthertown Valley. A stone path leads to the covered entry way. This open floor plan is perfect for entertaining with a wood burning fireplace, dining table for 6, breakfast bar and updated kitchen. A half bath in the hall houses the stacking washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a TV and an en-suite bathroom. Downstairs in a living area with a TV, kitchenette and access to the lower deck. The 2 downstairs bedrooms have queen beds, TVs and share a bathroom. The back deck has a outdoor dining space and a gas grill. This home is located in a serene gated community!
Guests can use the kayaks at the lake by The Trading Post, fish catch and release, driving range, hiking trails. There are maps at The Trading Post. HOA does not allow to bring motorcycles, ATVs or UTVs into the community.
Great amenities coming this summer to Chinquapin include monthly outpost summer social events (food, music), Putt Putt course, 18 hole Frisby Golf, 3 station archery area, Driving range, Pickle Ball courts, Horseshoe pit, and on premises walking trails!
