This unique 3 bedroom / 2 bath, courtyard style house offers great privacy for extended family or 2 couples, with an Open Kitchen and Living Area at the center of the house. The spacious Lanai-covered deck wraps around the pool and offers a great west-bound view of the private garden and boat-dock at the end of the back-yard. Attention boaters, Casa Marina has deep-water access, just 150 yards to Naples Bay and NO BRIDGES to the Gulf of Mexico. Good for sailboats too! If you don't boat, fish from your backyard! The House is freshly decorated, has wooden and tile floors, and a nautical theme. The Living Room offers a comfortable couch, a "captain's" day-bed for stretching out, and a Flat-Screen TV. The dining area has an expandable table, and the Open Kitchen offers new cabinets, appliances, granite counters with a spacious bar that allows one to cook and entertain at the same time. The Master Suite offers a King-Size Bed, set in a white headboard, Colors of Blue and White, quality linens/towels, Flat-screen TV, closet, and renovated private bath with walk-in shower. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen-Size Bed, set in a wicker headboard, matching table/dresser, Flat-Screen TV. The Third Bedroom has a Twin Bed and Desk. Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
Pick up your keys at the designated Royal Shell office indicated in your emailed confirmation letter.
