This home features an oversized saltwater pool with a golf course view on a large corner lot! Master bedroom furnished with a King size bed, chaise sofa and TV. Guest room outfitted with a King bed and flat screen tv, 3rd bedroom can be used for extra overnight guests or as an office. There is a desk and a Queen Murphy bed (when not in use it is behind closed doors). Your well behaved dog is welcome here with owner approval. Nicely appointed for 1 or two couples. Corner lot with extended driveway and mature trees. (Owner reserves  garage) Located just off Corkscrew Road between I 75 and Tamiami Trail in Estero, Florida in Country Creek. The Estero river meanders through a beautifully landscaped community with mature trees. Residents enjoy a great community spirit volunteering for community projects, holiday parties, and finding time to enjoy the many amenities. The amenities with applicable transfer fee include a very challenging 18 hole executive golf course that is situated along 12 lakes. The restaurant has a full service menu that serves lunch, dinner and Sunday Brunch. Fine dining in the Creekside Restaurant or Casual in the Grill Room. There is live entertainment throughout the year. In addition there a 5 swimming pools, 5 tennis courts, a bocce ball court, a clubhouse that contains a fitness center, and game room for cards. Upon arrival tenant needs to go to the clubhouse to pay $150 for the transfer of amenities and fill out the transfer form. Close to shopping at Miromar outlets, Coconut Pointe or Gulf Coast Town Center.

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.

While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.

Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
