Offering now for seasonal rental!  Feb- April 2021 or Annual Rental in Fort Myers, FL. Beautiful 2nd floor furnished condo in the community of Cross Creek Country Club. End unit makes this unit light and bright! 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Covered parking for your vehicle. Tile throughout. Tenants have use of Club facilities including the pool. Tenants may wish to pay a transfer fee ( optional-$100 plus $100 deposit) which gives you temporary membership cards to play golf at reduced rates! The Club puts out a newspaper letting you know of activities and specials. Water and exterior pest control is included through the owners association fees. Rental application required for background and credit check- $75 pp over 18 that will reside in residence. Pets not permitted by association rules/regs. 1st month plus security deposit due prior to move in for annual lease. Seasonal renters pay all fees upfront. Water and Exterior pest control included through owners association dues. NO PETS PERMITTED. Located on Daniel's Parkway, 2 miles east of Six Mile Cypress, 2 miles west of I-75. Exit 131 FM CC 2-209

Because all of our properties are individually owned, when you make a reservation for a specific accommodation we are obligated to keep your reservation for this same home. If you need additional room for more guests that would like to join you on your trip, you are welcome to call any of our vacation consultants at (866) 202-0723 to look at options for a 2nd accommodation that may be nearby your original choice. If you would like to change your choice of home altogether, we must follow the standard cancellation policy outlined in your terms and conditions and start a new reservation for your new choice.
No, we do not. However, we do offer some homes and condos that are ground level or provide elevators for easy access.
Yes, we do offer a selection of pet-friendly accommodations for an additional non-refundable pet fee.
While beach equipment may be provided in some properties, it is not provided in every property. Beach equipment may be rented through several local vendors.
• Two rolls of toilet paper per restroom • One box of tissue per restroom • One small facial/bath soap per restroom • One roll of paper towels in the kitchen • Seven dishwasher detergent pods • One small bottle of liquid dish soap • One pot scrub pad • Several trash bags per receptacle • Two to four appropriate laundry machine soap pods if the unit has a washer and dryer
Parking at our rental properties is complimentary for guests occupying the unit. Free parking may be available at our check-in locations on a first-come, first-served basis for additional cars. Motor homes, boat trailers, travel trailers, Jet Skis, etc., are not allowed at the rental properties. There are local facilities that can provide parking for these vehicles.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. for condos, and 4:00 p.m. for houses. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
Early check-in and late check-out times may be requested but are not guaranteed. If a late check-out request is granted, the time will be extended to 12:00 p.m. and an additional fee will be charged as follows: Condominiums: $50 Homes: $100 Departures later than the allotted 12:00 p.m. check-out time will require a full day payment.
Pick up your keys at the designated Royal Shell office indicated in your emailed confirmation letter.
