The unit you have booked is a privately owned vacation property. We ask that you please take a moment to review the following disclaimer regarding the amenity privileges available at the resort.

The condominium that you have reserved offers beach access, pool, and BBQ grill, and WiFi for your use. There are also many restaurants and shops on Sanibel to enjoy. Necessities like bikes, cribs, strollers and other items can be delivered directly to your room by local businesses. Sundial amenities are restricted to guest that book directly through the resort. However, Sundial has made a few amenities available to our guest. You can enjoy the upstairs restaurants; Sharky’s and Beaches and the tennis courts at a fee. Court time for the tennis is arranged through the Tennis Pro Shop. For all other resort amenities you will need to purchase the amenity card, which is available at the resorts front desk.

The amenity card can be purchased for an additional fee. The cost of the amenity card is $50.00 per Adult per Day (12 and older), and can be purchased daily. Purchasing this amenity card gives you access to the main pool, hot tub, children’s program, fitness center, and other resorts owned amenities. Please note that this program is subject to change without notice, availability is limited, and controlled by the resort.

You may be asking yourself why you didn’t reserve a property directly through the resort. The answer is simply this- we provide the same quality units and atmosphere that the resort does, typically at a much-reduced rate. Again, during your stay you will have access to the beach, pool, BBQ grills, the resorts restaurants; Sharky’s and Beaches, and tennis at a fee.
